Notice is hereby given in terms of the stipulations of Section 29 (1) and Chapter 4 of the Municipal Systems Act & Regulations that describe the processes that need to be followed by a Municipality to draft its Integrated Development Plan in accordance with a predetermined programme specifying timeframes, processes and mechanisms. The IDP and Budget Process Plan and Time Schedule were approved by Council on the 22 August 2018

The time schedule is available for inspection during office hours at 63 Donkin Street, the public libraries as well as the website of the Central Karoo District Municipality at www.skdm.co.za.

Based on the approved time schedule, The Executive Mayor will be embarking on Mayoral Roadshows to engage stakeholders in the agricultural and tourism sectors as well as all municipal councils in the district in preparation for the 2019/20 Integrated Development Plan. The dates are as follows: -

Monday, 19 November 2018 – Laingsburg

Tuesday, 20 November 2018 – Prince Albert

Wednesday, 21 November 2018 – Beaufort West
