President Jacob Zuma: Handing over of the Beaufort West Youth Hub

The Beaufort West Youth Hub was formally handed over on Tuesday, 10 May 2016, where President Zuma said, “to counter drug abuse, alcoholism and gangsterism that are ravaging poor communities, there was a need to offer youth in these communities the same positive lifestyle alternatives that youth in the wealthy suburbs are afforded.”
